Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Do you have insurance?
Yes, Patty’s House Cleaning & Maid Service is insured, and our maids have all had their backgrounds checked thoroughly.
What if I need to skip a cleaning day, or cancel it?
If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, it’s not a problem. Contact us via email at office hours and provide us with two business day notice. This will give us time to reassign your maid to another day. Note that we do have a $50 SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning session?
You do not have to be home for the cleaning session, just as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please input these instructions when booking your appointment.
Can I tip my maid? Or give an additional gift as thank you?
It’s never required but our cleaners would appreciate it!
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning service provided by the maid?
Patty’s House Cleaning & Maid Service has a happiness guarantee policy. If you are not happy with any part of our cleaning service, simply let us know within 24 hours and we will come back and address any concerns. We believe in continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to improve service to our clients. This is why we have such a high client retention rate. Wer’e not saying we never encounter any issues but I can tell you we will always do our best to rectify them as promptly as possible.
What if something in my house is damaged?
We always treat our client’s homes with the utmost care and respect. However, accidents can happen, even with the most careful house cleaners. If something is damaged or broken, the house cleaner will notify the office right away and will leave the item (if size permits) on the counter with a note informing the owner of the damage. We will attempt to repair or replace the item. In all cases we will work diligently with you to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. We will pay up to $100 per breakage item, when value is verifiable. Please move expensive figurines or glassware to a location we do not clean, or have us skip that area completely if you do not wish to accept the risk.

Patty’s House Cleaning & Maid Service accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Cash, Paypal and Personal Checks. Payment is due at the time of service, and we require a credit card on file prior to your cleaning.
