Patty’s House Cleaning & Maid Service cleans all types of houses, businesses, apartments and condos. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment, so you don’t need to lift a finger. We usually recommend an initial deep cleaning to get your home in shape and then begin the ongoing service either weekly, every other week or monthly.

There is a difference between “old dirt” that has been sitting around your home for months or even years and “new dirt”. The “old dirt” has taken time to accumulate on the surfaces in your home and as a result will also need time for us to effectively remove it.

Patty’s House Cleaning & Maid Service, sees this as the reason we recommend an initial deep cleaning. Simply removing the “new dirt” will not really make your home look and smell sparkling clean, so if your budget allows for this, we highly recommend an initial deep cleaning. As any beachers area cleaning service should, once completed we start the weekly house cleaning services, every other week or monthly cleanings.

All Rooms: Dust pictures; Clean windows (inside); Dust sills, ledges and blinds; Dust baseboards; Empty trash; Remove cobwebs; Dust and vacuum furniture; Polish furniture; Sweep and mop hard-surface floors; Vacuum carpet and stairs; Clean entry and patio doors; Vacuum under beds; Change linens and make beds; Dust vents and ceiling fans

Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect sink and counter-tops; change towels; Clean and disinfect toilets, tubs and showers; Shower doors cleaned and disinfected; Clean and disinfect floors; Carpet vacuumed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize the client’s customized commercial cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the standards established by Patty’s  House Cleaning & Maid Service, LLC..
    Common tasks include:
    1. Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
    2. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes
    3. Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
    4. Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
    5. Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
    6. Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
  • Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to client in the comments section on the customer checklist.
  • Arrive to work (client location) at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and insure the client’s facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave.
  • Handle special requests for customers as appropriate and note handling on the customer checklist and company paperwork
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.

House & Office Cleaning Is Not A 30 Minute Job

The amount of time to perform the initial cleaning will depend a lot on the size and condition of your home or business. Typically, an initial cleaning would take a team of two of our employees between 3 to 6 hours depending on the size of your home or business. On an average size home or office in fairly reasonable shape we often can complete a initial deep cleaning in about 3-4 hours with two of our employees.
